By processing your payment and completing your order with us, you accept the following terms and conditions regarding the shipping and delivery of your order.
Pre-made, customized and pre-reserved items follow independent batch outbound schedules, different from regular in-stock commodity shipping rules. Estimated batch dispatch date will be marked clearly on each pre-order product page.
Shipping fee paid for pre-order goods is used for batch packing and outbound arrangement, which is non-refundable after production starts.
Free one-time receiving address modification is allowed before warehouse packing. Once packing procedures are finished, address revision is unavailable for confirmed outbound orders. Thank you for your reasonable order planning.
