This full-length privacy regulation adds exclusive minor user protection and internal data audit clauses, differing from general daily privacy rules, and applies to all onsite access behaviors of underage visitors and guardian-operated minor-associated accounts. This site does not target minor groups for commodity sales and content push initiatively, and will not actively collect identifiable personal information of users under the age of 18. If minor users submit personal information onsite voluntarily under guardian supervision, the submitted information will be protected with enhanced confidential standards, and used only to finish guardianship-verified order delivery and basic account maintenance services. Guardians can submit data inquiry, modification and deletion application for minor-associated account information at any time with valid identity certification, and we will prioritize processing all guardian-initiated privacy applications politely and efficiently. Our internal data audit team conducts monthly full-staff operation audit on user information viewing, calling and exporting behaviors, recording every access behavior to avoid arbitrary viewing and improper use of private user data. Any internal staff violating confidentiality rules will face post punishment and liability investigation accordingly. We store minor-related data in independent encrypted isolated server folder, separate from ordinary user data library, and shorten the automatic data clearance cycle for minor account information actively. We will never use minor personal data for commercial recommendation, marketing notice and irrelevant platform operation behaviors under any circumstance, and build closed data protection mechanism for vulnerable user groups onsite.
